My wife insists that our next car should be a Minivan. Although, I hate it I have decided to do some market research. The one that caught my attention at first was the 2012 Nissan Quest. I know that most car review sites recommend Honda’s Odyssey and Toyota’s Sienna as the best Minivans but I really like Quest’s design. At least I like it better than any other Minivan on the market.
After reading every review I could find online and offline, it is quite clear that it is also a solid vehicle that offers good handling and a good riding quality. What troubles me the most is its gas mileage. It has the worst fuel efficiency compared to any of its competitors. Additionally, the 3rd row seats don’t fold away. I was really surprised when I found this out. This is one of the main reasons that people buy Minivans. I really don’t know what Nissan designers were thinking.
These two reasons alone might make me decide to choose one of the other options in this category.
